- How billing works: You are charged the day you sign up, then on the 1st of every month.
- When shirts ship: Your first shirt ships with your signup order. After that, each new shirt ships around the start of the month, after billing.
- Size changes: Email info@shakaclothingco.com before the 1st and we will update your size.
- Cancel anytime: Log in to your account on our site and cancel there, or email info@shakaclothingco.com. Months cannot be skipped.
Shop shirts are $30, so members save $5 on every shirt.

Free shipping on every order. USPS Ground Advantage, 2 to 5 business days, with a tracking email when it ships.

- Carrier and timing: We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Tracking: You will get a tracking email when your order ships.
- Shirt Club: Your first shirt ships with your signup order. After that, each new shirt ships around the start of the month, after billing on the 1st.
- Lost packages: If your package goes missing, email us and we will help you file a claim with USPS.
- Wrong address: Please double check your address at checkout. If an order ships to a wrong address you entered, you cover the cost to reship it.

- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. This covers every order, including one-off shirts, hats, monthly club shirts, and prepaid 6 and 12 month plans.
